Exchange Subscriber Agreements


Exchange Subscriber Agreements and Real-time Market Data

At TD Waterhouse, we've designed WebBroker to provide you with the information and tools you need to manage your investments effectively online. For many users, access to real-time market data such as quotes is an important part of the WebBroker service.

Please note that you are required to accept Exchange Subscriber Agreements for each Exchange you wish to access real-time market data from in WebBroker. Each Exchange requires this as a condition of providing real-time quotes, and to ensure that customers understand and agree to the terms of retrieval and use of real-time market data.

How to Access The Agreements

To access the agreements, please login to WebBroker.

If you do not have a TD Waterhouse account, or your account is not registered for WebBroker, you will need to apply now in order to access the agreements.


How to Complete The Agreements

The Exchange Subscriber Agreements are very detailed and will take a few minutes to review and complete.

Agreement Summary Page When you first login to WebBroker, you will be presented with an introductory page, followed by your "Agreement Summary" page.
Please select the Exchanges from which you wish to receive real-time market data.
An icon will appear beside each Exchange indicating your action to date:

If you elect not to accept the Agreements or do not wish to complete the Agreements right away, you can continue to immediately access your TD Waterhouse account(s) and place orders through WebBroker, and access time-delayed quotes from that Exchange.

To bypass your "Agreement Summary" page and access your account, click the WebBroker button. You can access time-delayed quotes by clicking the "Markets and Research" link within WebBroker.

You can elect to receive real-time market data at a later date by accessing your "Agreement Summary" page in the WebBroker "Preferences" tab.
