Adnann Syed, CFA

Adnann joined TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM) in February 2012. At the Synthetics Division in the Portfolio Management Group, Adnann oversees overlay mandates that extensively employ equity, interest rates and FX derivatives. He works closely with internal and external clients to devise and implement trading solutions. He is also responsible for research and development of innovative strategies. Prior to joining TDAM, Adnann worked at TD Securities as Global Macro Rates and FX strategist, analyzing market risk premium and economic conditions in the developed economies. He has also managed Fixed Income portfolios at a leading Canadian pension fund. Adnann has an MBA degree from McGill University and is a CFA charterholder.
