4 TD network fees for the use of a non-TD ATM are waived. Some ATM operators also apply a surcharge (sometimes called a convenience fee) to use an ATM. In Canada, all ATM operators must notify you when they apply a convenience fee, and the fee will be displayed for the customer to accept before completing the transaction. This convenience fee is not a TD fee and cannot be waived by TD.
5 TD network fees waived, however, other financial institutions may charge fees for use of their ATMs. As well, certain states permit surcharging of international customers at independent ATMs. Other financial institution and surcharge fees will display electronically for the customer to accept before completing the transaction.
6 For foreign currency withdrawals performed at ATMs outside of Canada, the exchange rate includes an amount equal to 2.5% of the converted amount.
