Our Reports

The complete corporate responsibility reporting for TD in 2009 is provided online.

In addition to the corporate responsibility website, we offer the following documents for download:

2009 Corporate Responsibility Summary Report provides highlights of the information available online. This 32 page document provides an overview of our initiatives and programs for customers, employees and the communities we serve. It includes our key performance indicators in corporate responsibility, and TD’s main achievements, awards and challenges in 2009.

2009 Public Accountability Statement satisfies our reporting requirements under the Bank Act (Canada). TD is required to issue a Public Accountability Statement (PAS) for customers and other interested stakeholders, to describe our contribution to the Canadian economy and society.

As many of the PAS reporting requirements overlap with our Corporate Responsibility Summary Report, we have combined the documents into one format, available for download on our website, in print through our branch network, or by submitting a request to:

    Government and Community Relations

    Or by email to: crreport@td.com

Our 2009 PAS was made available in March 2010.

Our 2010 PAS will be made available in March 2011.

2009 Canadian Snapshot highlights the many ways TD is making a difference in the Canadian communities where we live and work. The “Snapshot” showcases some of the community activities our employees volunteer for and care passionately about.

2009 U.S. Snapshot showcases how the employees of TD Bank are making a difference in local communities in the U.S. A photo journal provides a glimpse of the activities and contributions of our U.S. employees as they deliver a WOW! experience in everything they do.

TD has produced Corporate Responsibility Reports since 2003, and our previous year’s reports are available for download from our archives.
