Report online fraud

How to Report an Email or Online Fraud

If you encounter or believe that you have been the victim of online fraud (i.e. phishing, spyware, email fraud, etc.), please follow the steps listed below to assist us in investigating:

  1. Please access our Online Fraud message window.
  2. Provide an outline of the fraud encountered, providing as many details as you can.
  3. Click on the "Send Message" button.
  4. Be sure to forward any supporting documentation (such as copies of emails, anti-virus/anti-spyware scan logs) to phishing@td.com.
